As a Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, Running Coach and Online Personal Trainer, I am here to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals.
I approach my clients holistically, recognizing each individual's personal goals, obstacles, needs and desires. I use encouragement, accountability, positive feedback and realistic goal setting to help my clients reach their full potential.
I can come to your house, meet you at a local park or train you at a fully equipped gym.
Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes and include wellness coaching, a specific warm up and workout program to help you reach your individual goals. Clients can meet with me once or twice a week in SE Portland at a fully equip gym.
As my client you will recieve one free 30 minute initial consult and goal setting appointment. I use pre and post fitness asessment tests to best assess your progress. Each workout will be thoughtfully programmed based on your specific goals, needs and injuries. Personal Training sessions are $75/ hour or $700 for a 10 pack(10 week expiration) or $1300 for a 20 pack (3 month expiration)
Partner Training are best for groups of two. If you and your partner or friend are interested in getting fit together, partner training is a great way to share the experience and fun of working out together! Partner training includes an on line goal setting questionairre, weekly check ins and a 60 minute workout inclusive of a warm up and cool down.
You will recieve pre and post fitness assessments and measurements.
Your workouts will be tailored to your goals and appropriate for your fitness level.
Sessions are $85/ hour or $750 for a 10 pack (10 week expiration).
Small Group Training
Small Group Training is for groups of 3 to 8 clients looking to get fit in a small group setting. You get individualized attention without the cost of personal training.
If you enjoy working out with others but are intimidated by big group classes, this is a great option for you!
Each session will be an hour and will inolve a warm up, work out and cool down. We will have fun, encourage one another, sweat together and challenge each other. The workouts will be suitable for all fitness levels and will accomodate all injuries. Everone will get the workout they deserve in this small group setting.
Each session will cost $25-35/ client.
