I offer personal training, partner training, small group training, running coaching and wellness coaching. As your trainer, I will give you excellent instruction, design workouts that are appropriate, challenging and fun, oversee your nutrition plan and help you make the changes necessary to get you where you want to be!
Personal Training involved one on one training with a client. You are guaranteed to get the individual attention, the specified workout and the instruction that you need to achieve your goals. As your trainer, I will give you weekly homework assignments, review your food log, hold you accountable for your "off" days and provide wellness coaching for you. If you are looking to greatly improve your life and alter your lifestyle, this is the best option for you!
Partner workouts are great for couples or friends who are looking to share the benefits of fitness with one another. There is a much greater success rate for those clients who feel supported and encouraged by their peers. Share the fun, share the work, share the experience of getting fit with your friend or loved one!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Groups of 3 to 6 clients can sign up for Small Group Training. You get personalized attention without having to pay a personal training fee. Small group training is great for those who look to others for accountablity and motivation. It is a great way to share a positive experience with friends, coworkers, and family members.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Online Personal Training is a service provided to clients who appreciate flexibility in their schedule, are looking for structured workouts, have fitness goals and a background in exercise. If you are looking for customized workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home or gym but are lacking some instruction on form and technique, I offer packages that include in person training to build a foundation of movement, habit and routine and then you can move into an online program. You will receive 2-4 workouts per week delivered to you in an interactive spreadsheet each week. Each client is expected to log their results (time, rounds or load used) for each workout. Every workout is specifically customized to your fitness level, goals and access to equipment.
Running may have saved my life. During a challenging life transition, I found a love and passion for running. I trained for and ran a marathon successfully and it was one of the greatest accomplishments of my life. As a trained Pose Running instructor, I will teach you how to run with proper form. Running with good form will help you reduce your risk of injury and make running more enjoyable as you become the most efficient runner possible. I do one on one and partner coaching to help you enjoy running with efficiency and ease and lack of injuries.
I offer Running Workshops each season. The class covers technique and running form, includes running drills, running specific stretches and a running workout. Please inquire about our next upcoming session.
